Kirsch Therapy is a family run private practice providing occupational, speech and physical therapy services for children ages birth to 18. We are conveniently located in Oceanside in North San Diego County. Our office prides itself in excellence and customer service and strives to make your and your child's experience with us positive, fun and rewarding.
Jason M. Kirsch, B.A.
Financial Officer
Jason is the financial officer of Kirsch Therapy. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Communicative Disorders, with a subspecialty of Audiology, from San Diego State University where he graduated in 1993. After working in the accounting field for a decade, he joined his wife at Kirsch Therapy in 2006. Jason is currently responsible for overseeing the business' finances and daily operations. His passion is to ensure that the overall health of Kirsch Therapy remains strong through positive caring attitudes and strong team relationships. He insures that Kirsch Therapy's motto; Learning Can Be Fun, not only applies to the patients and their families, but to the staff as well. As an avid Cyclist, Jason is passionate about cycling, riding and racing events as a member of the Celo Pacific road bike racing team of Carlsbad. Jason also enjoys creating team building events, surfing, hiking, camping, riding motorcross and spending time with his wife and two children.
Lynn has been providing speech-language pathology services in San Diego County since 1995. She has experience working with all ages, but specializes in treating pediatric patients. Lynn specializes in the treatment of Apraxia, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Dysphagia/Swallowing Disorders, Oral Motor Impairments and Early Intervention.
Lynn is involved in her local and professional community. She is currently serving a second 2 year term on the board of directors for the Autism Society San Diego. She hosts the monthly Parent Information and Support Group and Coffee Talk support group for the Autism Society. Lynn served a 2 year term on the nominating committee for CSHA District 9. She is involved with local universities, providing volunteer and educational opportunities for prospective and current students in the fields of speech-pathology, occupational therapy and physical therapy. Clinical Director/President
Lynn is the director/president of Kirsch Therapy. She is a licensed and board certified speech-language pathologist. She has a Master's Degree from San Diego State University where she graduated cum laude in 1995. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Certified Rehabilitation Specialist (CR-S) teaching credential, is licensed with California SLPAB, is a Member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and a member of the California-Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CSHA).
